I find the drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 http://www.driverguide.com/ is a free site, but you must create a login / password.
When the driver, "seeks", select Graphic / video card. Enter any keyword for any reason is still not the driver of a keyword search. The pilot is on the first page of all the ATI drivers, or about 3 / 4 down.
I still have luck with the ATI web site, just like you. I read your question, and "City Boy" in reply to. I fixed site use Toshiba as mentiond, and sa70vidx.exe this file
